Elizabeth Dreicer

Interim Executive Director

Elizabeth Dreicer leads the AHF team. She has over 15 years’ experience leading data science software companies and has been engaged in community service for 25+ years. Board roles include enterprise, social enterprise, foundation, nonprofits, and public/private partnership organizations. Her experience spans start-ups through sale/merger of all types. Elizabeth is on leave from the Board to facilitate this transition while AHF conducts a nationwide search for a new Executive Director.

Erin McNamara

Interim CFO & Chief Investment Officer

Erin McNamara is responsible for accounting and finance. Erin was a Director at KPMG operating in audit and consulting roles domestic and international for more than 15 years. Recently, she has operated in a number of CFO and controller roles in Southern California. Erin is fulfilling the Interim CFO and Chief Investment Officer position while AHF conducts a nationwide search for a new Executive Director.


Bryan Fisher

Operations Manager

Bryan oversees office operational efficiency for AHF and organizations in our commercial suite. He also directs technology support and property management vendors and manages the detailed logistics for our monthly off-site iEngageU events. Previously, he worked in operations roles with corporations, such as Bank of America, to promote corporate vision, define strategies and mentor core values by implementing and driving company initiatives.

Dan Hall

Dan is responsible for our impact analysis and economic research at Alliance Healthcare Foundation. Dan is hard at work determining the systemic change and social value catalyzed by our initiatives. He is in his last quarter of undergraduate studies at UC San Diego, majoring in Economics with coursework concentrated in econometrics, and minoring in Entrepreneurship & Innovation.

Sonya Parker

Operations Liaison

Sonya oversees both in-house and external event production and management for AHF. She also provides executive assistance to the Interim Executive Director, Board of Trustees and Committee Members. Basically, Sonya is our “glue”! She has more than 20 years’ experience in event production, operations and facilities management, as well as in marketing and communications in support of all types of enterprises — nonprofit, government and private.
